International Research Group on Strategy Execution and Managerial Leadership (GRES-LM)

The GRES-LM is dedicated to the study, development, and dissemination of innovative practices in managerial leadership and management, applied to the effective execution of organizational strategies. It brings together a network of experts, researchers, and practitioners from several continents, enabling a unique cross-fertilization of experiences and methodologies.

The work of GRES-LM is based on international surveys and the analysis of recognized scientific publications, in order to provide an up-to-date overview of practices in managerial leadership. This approach allows for comparative analyses across different countries, sectors, and organizational cultures, to identify the most effective levers in strategic execution.

The group is particularly interested in how managers mobilize their leadership to achieve strategic objectives, effectively coordinate teams, and optimize collective performance. Case studies and field evaluations are conducted with organizations in key sectors such as engineering, healthcare, and digital technologies.

By confronting international best practices with local innovations, GRES-LM aims to develop transferable, adaptable, and measurable models. These results are disseminated through research reports, international conferences, and advanced training programs for executives and operational leaders.

The ultimate goal is to strengthen organizations’ execution capacity and strategic alignment, placing managerial leadership at the heart of success. GRES-LM thus positions itself as a reference actor for any institution seeking to improve its management practices and results worldwide.
